About the facility
"HARUKAS 300 (floors with a view)" is an observatory on the 58th, 59th, and 60th
floors of
ABENO HARUKAS, a 300-meter-tall building.
In good weather, visitors can enjoy a sprawling
view, from
Kyoto to Rokkosan mountain range, Akashi Kaikyo Bridge, Awaji Island, Ikomayama mountain
range, and the
Kansai International Airport.
