(The pass does not cover JR,KYOTO CITY SUBWAY,KEIHAN ELECTRIC RAILWAY（Keishin Line and Ishiyama-sakamoto Line）,RANDEN （KEIFUKU RAILROAD）and buses.)

• The Digital pass is all you need to enjoy all metro and private railways across Kansai. You do not need to purchase a ticket every time and transit is also easy.

JR lines, Kyoto Municipal Subway, Randen (Keifuku Railway), Keihan Otsu Line, and certain other trains are not covered. Buses cannot be used.

How to use KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE

【Use of the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE】
• This digital ticket is considered one day from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following day. Please be sure to click “Start Using” after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use. If you start using the ticket between 0:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., you cannot use it after 3:00 a.m.
• For stations without QR-compatible gates, please show your ticket to a station attendant for visual inspection. If no attendant is available, present the QR code screen to the camera.
• If you are travelling outside the eligible zone of the pass, you will need to pay travel fees separately. Please consult the station staff.
• If you use Kintetsu Railway's, Nankai Electric Railway's, Keihan Electric Railway's, and Hankyu Electric Railway's express reserved-seat trains, you will need to pay additional fees.
• For special exhibits, extra charges are required. Please confirm with each attraction for details.
• If you unlawfully use the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE, the pass will be invalidated and extra travel fees and attraction admission fees, etc., will be charged according to the rules of each company and attraction.
• We will not bear any responsibilities for trouble with the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE purchased out of the official store (including net auctions and resale).
• You can not use the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE with the way to present Screenshots or Screen printouts.

【About the environment of use】
• Please check the following points when using the service.
  ・Your smartphone is turned on.
  ・The network is available.
  ・Your browser"s camera settings are enabled (Safari, chrome, etc.).
• In certain instances, it may not be possible to use the Service fully or partially due to a malfunctioning information terminal, unstable telecommunication service received from telecommunication carriers, or other related reasons. Additionally, the functional limitations of the information terminal may also prevent the use of the Service. No refunds will be made due to the effect.
• The service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted, either completely or partially, for system inspection or emergency maintenance. No refunds will be made due to the effect.

【Purchase and Refund Policy】
• Online sales only.
• Tickets used for transportation or attractions are non-refundable.
• There will be no refund for the KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE after you start using it, even if some public transport becomes unavailable for operational reasons or facilities are temporarily closed. There will be no refund for other reasons, such as bad weather.

【Others】
• The tickets issued through this service are e-tickets and will not be available in physical form.
• In general, KANSAI RAILWAY PASS LITE cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.
