About the facility
Formerly a sake brewery, Nadagogo Sakedokoro is a restaurant that offers sake
from 26
Nadagogo breweries, as well as dining. It opened in April 2022, after renovating a
500-year-old Kenbishi
Brewery building. Delivering food that goes well with sake, the restaurant promotes new
flavors of sake
through events, etc. The food served is all themed on seasonality, locality, compatibility
(with sake),
and fermentation. Enjoy not just the food, but also the unique flavors to this region, and
how they
wonderfully match sake.
