A yakisoba restaurant popular for its 'Bokkake Yakisoba' made with Nagata Kobe's 'bokkake'. 'Bokkake' is a traditional dish of downtown Kobe, made of beef tendons and konjac, slowly braised in a sweet-savoury stock. The locals enjoy it over udon or as sake accompaniment. 'Bokkake Yakisoba' made with this dish is superb blend of well-braised beef tendons, sweet-savoury sauce, noodles and chewy konjac.
