Harukas 300 is the ovservation deck at Abeno Harukasu, the 300-meter ultratall scyscraper complex.
The 60th floor is an indoor gallery constructed of glass all around from the floor to the ceiling. You can enjoy a panoramic view and you will feel as if you are walking in the air. Recommended time is the twilight time from sunset to night.
