Arashiyama’s yakata-boat is the only one of its kind operating in Kyoto. It is a leisure for grown-ups in Kyoto, and it goes back to the Heian Period when boating was the favorite pastime of court nobles. Its history and tradition are carried on, and you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the spring, and colored foliage in the autumn.

closed : Dec.19, 31, Jan. 1, Mar.12.
