The city park opened in 1967 on the site of the old "Muko Villa", which belonged to the Imperial family. 4,000 roses of about 180 species bloom in the spring and autumn in the "Royal Rose Garden" with a European-style water fountain with panoramic views of Osaka Bay.
Access: Alight at Sanyo Railway Tsukimiyama Stn., walk northwest for 10 mins. to Bara no Komichi. Alight at Sumadera Stn., walk northeast for 10 mins. Alight at Higashisuma Stn., walk west for 10 mins.
