The museum houses a library where visitors can read most of Tezuka's work, and exhibits valuable first editions and artefacts associated with the artist. Visitors can enjoy the world of Osamu Tezuka in an interactive manner, as they watch original movies and animes, and experience a simple anime production procedure.

Opening hours: 9:30-17:00
Entering the museum until 30 minutes before closing time.
Closed: Wed. *excl holidays & spiring holidays, summer holidays. subject to be temporary closure
