The main temple of Tendai-shu Buddhism in Japan. The site, which is listed as a world’s cultural heritage, contain national treasures and a hall, which is an important cultural asset.
*Konpon Chudo Hall has been undergoing major renovations for the last 10 years, but the hall is open for viewing.
