MAP/E-4
Isuien is a 11,000 ㎡ garden which consists of the "front garden" created in early Edo, and the "back garden" created in 1899. The Neiraku Art Museum on the premises was built to exhibit art collected by the Nakamura family, which had purchased the garden in the Showa period. It alternately shows exhibits of pottery from Goryeo and Korean dynasties, Japanese tea utensils, as well as ancient Chinese bronze ware, rubbings, seals and mirrors.
